JFreeChart / Color definition

We are trying to use JFreeChart into our application. The integration via Zk is quite simple. However I'm wondering how the colors can be defined.

If using a bar chart I get colors in order red, blue, green, yellow. What can I do to change the order or defining colors by myself?

Second question... If displaying values between 0 and 100; how can I achieve that the legend is always 0 to 100 even when only sampler values have been added? Means the legend should be defined independent of the actual values.
