Where to put tld's in the project structure?

ZK spread sheet only has ZK3 version
I download zk-zss-app-1.0.0-RC2.zip and import the war file
It works well in IE8 FF3.5
When I am trying with the zk spread sheet demo i am geting error like
org.zkoss.xel.XelException: Resource not found: http://www.zkoss.org/ss/function
i guess i have placed tld's in wrong position.
Can anybody let me know the project structure.
A working example of zk spreadsheet would be if great help.
