ZK - Open Source Ajax Java Framework

We are pleased to announce two ZK releases. ZK 5.0.1 provides 11 new features, including the move to jQuery 1.4.2, along with 57 bug fixes. The release of ZK 3.6.4 provides 3 new features, including transient Listbox and Grid Renderers and Models, and 40 bug fixes. ZK 5.0.1 ZK 3.6.4

By the way i have yesterday found an german article about the new jQuery 1.4.x version. It's absolut great what the guys have done for let running jQuery faster. So it's a very good choice for ZK to work with jQuery.
One line talks about the performance-loss if the user must work with IE6. The jQuery .empty() function works about 20 time slower than in firefox. So it's a problem of IE6, not jQuery and so not ZK!

Sorry for the delay of PDF files. We got trouble to convert wiki (docs.zkoss.org) to PDF (some conflicts among PDF modules of mediawiki). Therefore, we set up books.zkoss.org for this purpose. Furthermore, we plan to rewrite ZK Developer's Guide to make it more up to the new features of 5.0. Unfortunately, it also means it takes a while to complete.
