WrongValueException position

Hmmmm, i'm not to hold that the developer is responsible that the wrongValueException is visible at a right place where the user can see it.
Is it a problem that the framework reCalculate the position of a component, so that it can realize that there is NO SPACE for showing the message??

It's angry that this is not solved before do other new features.
