I'm not familiar with ubuntu, but do you sure your eclipse works fine in 11.04(without zk studio)?

I'm having no troubles running ZK Studio in 11.04. Here's some things you can try:

1.
Make sure you're running Sun JDK, <b>not OpenJDK</b>. Running <i>java -version</i> must not return anything that mentions OpenJDK.

2.
Consider using an Eclipse package from Eclipse website instead of using the Ubuntu-packaged version. Some plugins break if you run a system-wide Eclipse instance (= Ubuntu package). Personally I never use the Ubuntu package because it's always out of date. For example, 11.04 contains Eclipse 3.5.2, while Eclipse 3.6 was released last summer. Eclipse 3.7 will also be released in one month, but the Ubuntu package will not be updated!

Because of I'm running ubuntu 11.04 into VMWare, I'll try to build a new virtual machine
But it's really strange, because I've no problem into the 10.10 machine on the same laptop.

I tried to create a new vrtual machine, but still the same problems.
So I decided to use the eclipse package from ubuntu repository (stil galileo version intead of the new helios9 and it's working really fine now!

I had the same problem with Natty:

I installed the xulrunner-1.9.2 from Synaptic and this solved my problem.
