[Zk:5.0.8][zkspirng:3.0] Upload Broken when added sitemesh and freemarker to project

Hello Good Fellas!

i was having a project with maven+ zk +spring only and that was for the admin panel.Now specification has changed so the application should have a user browsable area.So i kept zk for all the admin functions and added freemarker and sitemesh for the rest. i separated the folder meant for the 2 views technologies

        /admin
             /templates
                 layout.zul
             /views
                 *.zul
       /ui
           /templates
                mainlayout.jsp
           /views
                home.ftl
                 *.ftl

before adding freemarker view technology, my file upload worked just fine.no problem at all, now it's like it's not seeing the controller at all. the upload just hangs and on debug mode the controller is not even called.

since there is a lot of configuration involved i put as much as i can in pasties .
I can't see what's happening and i need help here , this is really unexpected.
