ZK6 EE zkex - missing sources - org.zkoss.zkex.rt.Runtime

Hello,

We have the ZK EE commercial licence, and we are starting the upgrade from ZK 3.6 to ZK 6.

I have replaced all the sources, but i cannot get the ZKEX project to compile because it's containing only ZUL and UI.COMET packages.

I allready downloaded other versions like PE, or CEE, but i cannot find the missing sources.

I checked the pre-built jars, and i can see there are more packages in the zkex jar.

Also, it looks like SmartAuWriter is missing also. You can find it in the javadoc for the 6.0.0-RC, but not in the 6.0.0 final version.
