Enhance the stubonly programming as follows.

1) Merge a subtree of StubComponents into a single component, StubsComponent
2) The events fired by the peer widget of StubComponent/StubsComponent shall be sent to the parent of the stub components (StubComponent/StubsComponent)
3) Since the stub components have no behavior/states of a normal component, the event shall carry the ID, if defined, rather than UUID (note: the reference to original component is not possible, since the original component is gone)
